Beyond thankful and full of gratitude for Kathy. Her intuition, insight and warm spirit have always made me feel welcome and seen. Her space is inviting, her voice is like soothing honey. I love attending her workshops but I really cherish time on her table receiving reiki. She provided my first reiki experience and also recently offered my attunement. Kathy is such a goddess, so radiant and full of love, life and power, I consider her an earthly model of a teacher guide and am thankful our paths aligned.

Kathy at Green Light is an excellent massage therapist I’ve known for more than a year.
She is familiar with many different modalities that come into play in her work.
With her I’ve had Thai massage, Reiki, Craniosacral, cupping, and general/deep tissue work depending on how I was feeling and what was going on with my body at the session. She is confident and skilled in her work and relaxed and friendly with her clients. I highly recommend.

Decided to take my team at work to try something different as our team building activity, Kathy was so warm and loving and professional. She helped us with a sound bath and even my co workers that had never done this before, loved it.

My first ever session. I did the Karmic Healing & Energy Alignment with both Kathy and Jeff. I can’t put into words the feeling during and after our session of how amazing I felt. Amazing is not enough of a word. At one point I felt like I was hovering over the table. It’s been a few weeks and I am feeling great! Thank you both!

My first ever Reiki session was with Jeff a week ago, and I am more than happy with my results. I didn’t know what to expect, but I did have a goal in mind; I just wanted to turn my brain off. I lost my husband 10 months ago, and the grief is intense, and I just wanted to have my brain stop spinning so I can start to create some balance and calmness within myself without having to feel like I need all the answers and need to have my life put back together. I will be back for maintenance.
